Sara Riddick

Biography

Sara K. Riddick (she/her/hers) joined Bielski Chapman as an associate in May of 2024. Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, Sara moved to Chicago for undergrad. Sara earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago in 2019. Sara is a 2022 graduate of DePaul University College of Law where she obtained her J.D.


During her time at DePaul, Sara served as Managing Editor of Notes and Comments for DePaul Law Review. While a member of DePaul Law Review, Sara’s article titled “The Seventh Circuit Got it Right the First Time: Addressing the Ministerial Exception and Workplace Harassment” was selected for publication. Sara received the CALI Award in Family Law for having the highest grade in her class. Sara also served as a Teaching Assistant for Applied Legal Skills and was Director of Communications for the Public Interest Law Association.

Prior to joining Bielski Chapman, Sara worked as an associate at a prominent family law firm in Chicago where she practiced in all of areas of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, child custody, and adoption.
