Biography

Paul represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation.

His main practice areas include (1) breach of contract and business divorces (shareholder and LLC member disputes), (2) collections and post-judgment enforcement, (3) commercial evictions and foreclosures, (4) mechanics lien litigation, and (5) business divorces (LLC member-manager disputes and corporate shareholder litigation)

Paul’s representative business clients operate mainly in the real estate (general contractors, subcontractors, owners, property managers, developers, insurance adjusters, property restoration companies), banking, and financial services industries. I also represent a debt buyer in collections and post-judgment matters.
