Biography

Kenia Budde (she/her/hers) joined the firm in July 2025 and brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every situation she touches. Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Kenia is known for her strong problem-solving skills and her ability to understand and support clients through complex situations.

Kenia believes that the key to effective service is the ability to put herself in others’ shoes, an empathetic mindset that guides her in every interaction. She is deeply committed to helping others and sees her work as a meaningful way to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

Driven, compassionate, and detail-oriented, Kenia continues to grow in her professional journey while making a difference both in and outside of the firm.
