Mary Mamoka
Biography
Mary Mamoka (she/her/hers) grew up in Skokie, Illinois. She attended the University of Illinois at Chicago for her undergrad, and graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she obtained her J.D.. During her time at Loyola Chicago, Mary worked on the International Law Review and was an active member of the International Law Society. She is licensed to practice in Illinois.
Prior to joining Bielski Chapman, Mary worked for the South Texas Pro Bono Asylum Representation Project. During law school, she interned at public interest organizations and clerked for a litigation law office.
Mary specializes in the areas of Probate, Trust and Estate administration, Estate Planning, Corporate Law, and Real Estate transactions. She appears in court daily on a variety of probate and guardianship matters and is a fierce advocate for her clients.
